Biographical Notes
Date of birth: June 1, 1958
Graduated from the Teacher’s University of Ulaanbaatar Mongolia in 1980 with degree in Film and Drama.
From 1980 to 1983, she worked as an actress at the Drama Theatre of the Khövsgöl Province Open in new window and performed the lead role in 8 plays.
From 1983 to 1985, she worked as the Inspector Director at the National Circus of Ulaanbaatar.
In 1985, she received a diploma for Research in Political Science and received the Political Academy Award.
From 1985 to 1989, she worked at the National Children and Youth Theatre as an actress and manager. At that time she wrote 5 comedy programs, and performed the lead role in 10 world classical theatrical dramas.
From 1991 to 1996, she worked at the District of Khan-Uul Open in new window as the Director of Fine Arts.
From 1996 to 2002, she worked as a manager in the travel and tourism company “Naiman Sharga”
Since 2000, she has been working as writer and director for the “Idugan Entertainment” studio. Her movie “Pearl in the Forest” was entered in “Third Eye Asian Film Festival in Mumbai, India” and was selected for the Spectrum Asia. It also took the 30th place out of over 7,000 other films from around the world.
She has also published several books, including the story for Idugan Entertainment's latest film, The Sky Son (Tengeriin Khuu), which takes place in her native province near Lake Khövsgöl.
